Next week, we have many upcoming celebrations in Room 104! We will be celebrating our Valentine Party on Tuesday, Feb. 14th at 1:40. We will again be celebrating “center” style. Students will travel with a group to four different stations including an “Ice Cream Bar”, Valentine Exchange, Candy Heart Graphing and Valentine Games. It’s sure to be a big hit! Don’t forget to send in a CLEAN 1 gallon milk jug by Thursday! We will be using the milk jugs to make our Valentine Holders for the Valentine Exchange.
On Friday, we will hit the 100th Day of First Grade! Can you believe it…time sure does fly when you are having fun with firsties! 100th Day Projects can be brought to school as soon as your child finishes it. Help your child think of 3 different clues to write about the item that they choose to put on their project. At school, your child will read the 3 clues to the class and have them guess what is on your child’s project! I can’t wait to see my 100 year (day) old students next Friday!
