Color Guard is a select group of marching band members who bring the visual element to half-time performances during football games in the fall. Students must demonstrate ability in order to be a part of the group. Practices are during band in the marching season, as well as after school two times per week. Our season begins with a week of band camp, usually in August. Each year we compete at Eastern Michigan University’s Band Day Color Guard Competition. In 2010 we received 2nd place.
