Mrs. Supiran- our Elementary Library Coordinator

 

            Mrs. Supiran was raised in a small town in Southern New York State, met her husband, Lloyd, of Dansville, at a small private college in Greenville, Illinois.  After marrying in 1966, she substitute taught for four years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for seventeen years. In 1991, Mrs. Supiran began working as an assistant to Mrs. Linda Woodrow, the elementary reading specialist.  In 1993, she became the elementary library coordinator and couldn't think of anything else she would rather do then serve the students and staff in this capacity.  She and her husband live just outside of Dansville, with their dogs, Dakota, a Siberian Husky, Cheyenne, a Border Collie, and a cat named Potsy.  Their four children, Becky, Gregg, Jill, and Penny went through Dansville Schools, college and are all living in Michigan.  She and her husband enjoy attending their grandchildren's extra-curricular activities.  Her hobbies and interests include reading, spectator sports, gardening, garage sale-ing, and at the top of the list; God and family.
